Extra Large bedroom and private bathroom

Hello,

I am Ben, i have the top floor of my apartment to rent out, you essentially would have the whole upstairs to yourself.

On the top floor there is one very big bedroom, one box room and a bathroom. We would only need to share the kitchen on the first floor.

I am a pretty quiet, calm and considerate housemate, i am hoping to find the same.

I will upload more pictures once the current tenant has fully moved out.

Flat available from April 1st, viewings can be arranged if you give me a message.

Council tax band A. Rent will include internet, water and council tax bills.. Electricity is not included and will be discussed.
