Looking for 3rd Flatmate for 2026-27 School Year

We are two DMU students seeking a 3rd person to fill a room for a 3 bed 1 bath house. The house comes fully furnished with a move in date of 1/7. We are both quite clean with all shared spaces, and enjoy chill socializing. We are both queer and trans so other LGBTQ+ members are preferred but we will take anyone who won't have any issues living with or socializing with queer people. We are both on the nerdy side, enjoying games of all kinds with both of us currently taking a larger interest in Tabletop games such as Warhammer.
