It's really nice and cool in the summer and only a 5 minute walk from UoL uni. Close to city centre and new walk too, as well as Victoria Park in the other direction. Students only.

Would be perfect for anyone wanting to settle into Leicester before starting uni/masters/PhD or anyone doing a summer school type thing

Would really help me out to take over a tenancy as I am having to also pay rent in my next uni room over summer!
