I am a 34 year old professional renting a lovely 2 bed apartment in Leicester. Current flatmate is moving with and the bigger room is available in this 2 bed, 2 bath apartment.
Room has lots of storage, natural sunlight and an en-suite in it. It is fully furnished and has a TV in there.
We would share a large kitchen with a washing machine and dishwasher, a beautiful sitting room with lots of plants and a separate dining room. There are separate fridges and freezers. Most bills are included in the monthly rent (so we can have heating on as much as you want)- just the wifi and council tax that we share separately. There is basement parking available on site for residents and a beautiful roof terrace and affordable gym available downstairs. It has great transport links and 24/7 security on site. Looking for a clean and tidy professional who is happy to share this space with me:)
