Student accommodation available for tenancy takeov

I’m looking for a student to take over my booking for the upcoming academic year.

The accommodation is in a really convenient location, with Lidl directly underneath the building, making grocery shopping extremely easy. It is also well located for students studying in Leicester

Rent: £185 per week

The tenancy is available for takeover before the start of the academic year. The next required payment is due for August, with the following scheduled instalment due in October. Full payment dates and amounts can be confirmed with Student Roost before the takeover is completed.

The takeover would be completed officially through Student Roost, so everything will be transferred properly rather than through an informal sublet.
