The studio has a modern fitted kitchen, private bathroom, study area and plenty of space for your own belongings. I have a video of the actual room so you can see exactly what it looks like.

I’m unfortunately no longer able to take up the tenancy due to a change in my circumstances, so I’m looking for someone who needs accommodation in Leicester for September.

The tenancy takeover would be handled officially through True Student and is subject to their approval/booking requirements.

Available from 4 September — perfect for anyone who still hasn’t sorted accommodation for university.
