Tenancy Takeover Studio Leicester £184pw

I am looking for a replacement tenant to take over my furnished private studio at CODE Student Accommodation on Western Road, Leicester.

The studio costs £184 per week and includes a private en-suite bathroom, kitchenette, bed, desk, chair and storage space. Residents have access to Wi-Fi, a gym, study areas, communal lounges, games facilities, laundry facilities, outdoor spaces, parcel collection and 24-hour security.

The accommodation is approximately a five-minute walk from De Montfort University, with convenient transport links to the University of Leicester and Leicester city centre.

The room is available as soon as the replacement tenancy has been approved by CODE. The tenancy runs until 12 August 2027. The replacement tenant must be a full-time student and meet CODE’s eligibility and tenancy requirements.

A £400 refundable security deposit is payable directly to CODE. Council tax is exempt for eligible full-time students. EPC information is available from CODE Student Accommodation and will be uploaded separately.

Smoking is not permitted inside the accommodation. Pets may be considered, but written approval from CODE is required in advance and pet liability insurance may be needed.

This is an official tenancy takeover rather than a private sublet. All tenancy arrangements, approval checks and payments will be handled directly by CODE Student Accommodation.
