This lovely house is in the popular West End part of the city on Henton Road, LE3 6AY. This is the ideal location for city centre jobs, the train station and it also offers easy access to the motor-way links and Fosse Park.

We are only a few minutes walk to the city centre and the shops, bars and restaurants on Braunstone Gate.

Currently a bunch of lovely professionals live here and they all came to me through Spareroom. A great double bedroom is becoming available due to one person moving for work.

We are looking for a new housemate to join the house share who would like a friendly and sociable house, where communal areas are enjoyed and you can have a chat after work and catch up on the day if you wish.

There are four bedrooms, two bathrooms, sitting room and large, modern kitchen diner with dishwasher, washing machine, two fridges and two freezers. The kitchen has a dinning room table in and French doors leading onto a lovely, little garden. The BBQ is ready and waiting for good weather!

All the bedrooms have double glazed windows. The bedrooms have all had tv points installed and there is wireless internet included in all the rooms.

The house contains many character features with the traditional fire places still in and an open staircase.

There is lots of free, on road parking or if you use the bus there is a very good bus route at the end of the road.
