Double room to rent

Double room to rent in shared house in a quiet street off Tudor Road. This is a light and airy room which is newly painted and has brand new carpets.
Although this is a room to rent in my own house, I often work away from home, so will not be there most of the time.
The room itself comes unfurnished, though there is already a built in wardrobe in the room.
The shared living room and kitchen come furnished, with cooker, washing machine, fridge freezer etc.
