Near DeMontfort University, The Royal Infirmary, the city centre, many shops and Narborough Road. Good bus service on Narborough Road.
This is a pet friendly home with a spacious garden, large kitchen, conservatory, two shared lounges, bathroom upstairs and a downstairs toilet.
The single room overlooks the garden and has a wardrobe, two large shelves, single bed, bedside draws and a small desk.
I am the owner and have a cat and will sometimes be looking after a dog. You may bring one pet. Currently expected to be three people living in this house. (One double room taken by a female and another room taken by myself. Yours would be the third room.)
Broadband is included in the price, as are bills (apart from telephone).
Washing machine and on street parking.
