The house is a 4-bedroom new build town house.

The house has parking for two cars one being off-road. There's plenty of on-road parking though and there is a garage for storing junk.

It's a new build estate, very nice, very quiet, green belt land throughout and close to a massive Tesco Extra and a small Sainsbury’s nearby. Good bus routes into town.

I run a businesses from home so it’s very rare that I am not in the house.

The middle floor has a combination kitchen, dining area. Meals can be eaten in your room or at the dining table as you want. The kitchen is small but perfectly formed, it has everything in it that you'd need, and a cupboard and fridge/freezer space will be allocated. The utility room contains a large freezer, washing machine and extra fridges.

Bills are included as long as a tenant isn't excessive. There's broadband Internet with wireless.

Obviously a basic respect for your fellow tenants and our neighbours who have young children, so no noise after 10pm or naked sunbathing.

Ideally we would like housemates between 18 and 55, student or professional.
No DSS. You will be asked to provide proof that you are in full time employment. Male or female.
Copies of passport and drivers license needed.
References are a plus.
A contract will be drawn up.

Rent is paid on the 1st of each month only.
1 months notice must be given before leaving.
