Nice double room to rent in detatched house

Hey, i have a nice double room to rent in a large 3 bed house. There is off street parking on the drive and it is close to the city center. If you need a bus to get to town the stop is 50 yards away. Very close to shopping center and all amenities. The room is furnished and has sky tv and fast wireless broadband. All bills included.
I am looking for either male or female to share my house with. I am clean and tidy work full time with my own business not far away. I have 2 cats but they are absolutely no trouble at all. I dont mind smokers either.
I am pretty easy going and friendly but will respect my tennant at all times and would expect the same in return. There is also a large garden to chill out and relax in when the summer finally gets here.
