Two Furnished Double Room in Friendly Shared House

We are looking for 2 sociable and easy-to-live-with housemates to fill some free double bedrooms in our house. One room is free now, and the other will be free on 2nd November.

We are all Young Professionals and work 9-5 during the week. In the evenings we tend to cook, chill out together, and watch TV or put on a film. We usually do our own thing at weekends, but sometimes do stuff together like go into town or go for drinks etc. We are looking for a similar person who would fit in well with our lifestyle and who wants friends as well as housemates :)

The rooms available are situated on the 1st floor. They are both very spacious, furnished with a double wardrobe, a chest of drawers, a desk, double bed, and a bedside table.

The house itself is a beautiful three-storey Victorian Grade II Listed terrace. It comprises 5 double bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen/diner and a downstairs bathroom with a separate W/C.
There is unlimited Virgin Optical Broadband and TV, full gas central heating with radiators in all rooms, and plenty of free street parking on side roads. The kitchen has a dishwasher, as well as a washer/dryer.

The house is less than 25 minutes’ walk from Leicester City Centre and Leicester Train Station (or 10 minutes on the bus which stops right outside the house). It is also just 10 minutes drive from the M1 and M69. A large Morrisons is within a ten minute walk of the house, as well as a post office, corner shop, chemist, numerous takeaways and pubs, a cinema, a Nando’s and a bank.

Bills are not included in the rent, and work out at an average of about £65 each per month. Bills include Gas, Electricity, Water, Council Tax, Virgin TV, Unlimited Broadband and TV License, and are split evenly between all house-mates.
