Thanks for looking at my ad. Originally for a single room, a double room is now available after I downsized my possessions quite a bit! If you are only interested in a single room though I'd happily discuss this too for a cheaper rate to you (around £290 a month)

This is a nice double room to let in a mid-terraced house. It is is about as close as you can get to Leicester Uni, a 5 minute walk through the park!

House consists of: =

Front/dining room with sofa & dining table/chairs

Living room - with sofa & chairs & TV/DVD

Double bedroom - with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, underbed storage space

Single bedroom (mine)

Kitchen = with electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine

Bathroom - good shower & bath with constant hot water

Central heating throughout

This is a really nice house with lots of local amenities & Victoria park a stones throw away! I also have fab neighbours who bring me cakes (true story!) and are very considerate.

I work and study a lot and am a friendly and sociable flatmate to live with :)
