Leicester - Central - well maintained and loved

I find this flat useful, as my office can be seen from my window, using five mirrors! It is close though! No travel costs.
You may find this useful, for working or studying in Leicester. No wifi but there are plenty of coffee shops nearby, serioulsy if its an issue ...

You would be expected to clean up after you - I am not there all of the time but I do love my flat.

I am easy going, laid back but do not leave teh place dirty and untidy or a park bench will beckon.
