Four professionals currently share a beautifully renovated house near Western Park. A lovely room is becoming available next month.

There are four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a sitting room and a large, modern fitted breakfast kitchen with dishwasher and range style oven with 5 ring gas hob. The kitchen has a dining room table set into the bay window and over looks a lovely little garden, which is great for BBQ's during the summer!

All the bedrooms have had tv points installed and there is wireless internet in all the rooms.

Currently four great guys share this fantastic house. We are now looking for a new person to join the house share as one of our lovely bunch are moving on after 2 years. Someone who would like a friendly and sociable house where communal areas are enjoyed and you can have a chat after work and catch up on the day if you wish.
There is lots of free, on road parking or if you use the bus there is a very good bus route at the end of the road. We are close to Fosse Park and the motor-way links as well as being minutes from the city centre and train station.

The house is ideally located with easy access to the city centre, Royal Infirmary Hospital, Next Head Office in Enderby and the motor-way links. These are just a few places previous tenants have worked.
