Rooms in New House near Uni

I am looking to rent out the double and single room in my new furnished house which is a 10 minute walk to Leicester Uni. The house has a kitchen diner with a washing machine and dishwasher. Double doors lead out to a small garden that has a secure bike shed. The lounge is comfortable and has a 42" plasma TV and Virgin Tivo. There is one double bedroom and one single bedroom, both with wardrobes and drawer space. These two rooms share the immaculate bathroom which has a shower over the bath.

I have just finished the second year of a chemistry masters degree. I am looking for respectful and tidy sharers who want a calm environment where we can all relax and study.

The house is just off the Welford Road, easy for Morrisons, Clarendon Park, Leicester Uni and Leicester Royal Infirmary.

This is a clean, well furnished, warm home, not your average student accommodation.

The rent includes all bills and cable broadband.
