I have 2 double rooms available to rent in a fully furnished shared house off the Narborough road close to City Centre, DMU and LRI. The rooms have a double bed, wardrobe with drawers, bedside table, computer desk and chair. All rooms have tv point and locks to own doors.
There is a fitted bathroom and kichen incl washer / dryer, a combination boiler ( hot water on demand), fridge x2 and a freezer.
The house is secure with security gate to the side of the property, security lighting and secure 5 lever lock to back door and front door. There are 2 shackles to allow for locking up bikes outside. WiFi in place.
I am looking for someone who is clean and tidy, enjoys the quiet life in a calm, secure and friendly home.
The house is mixed gender with male and 1 female tenant. All the tenants are friendly and the house is clean, tidy and well maintained.
The deposit is £300.00 and the rent works out to be £300. 00 pcm this is for the rent , council tax, water rates, wifi and tv licence.
The gas & elec are pay as you go and through the winter months has been approx £5. 00 pp pw and summer months less.
