The single room will be available from 17th October
The single room is a cosy, fully furnished room with single bed with two drawers under, single one door wardrobe with single width two drawer bedside chest inside for all your smalls, and a double width three drawer chest.
All bedding is provided and replaced on exit of previous occupant.

At the moment the house is occupied by the owner of the property, one mature male and one young male who will be vacating on 17th October
Access to the kitchen diner, giving access to a large conservatory and two large patio gardens for your enjoyment during the summer months is through my private lounge.
Long double drive for off road parking.
Two large parks and a leisure centre with swimming pools within five/ten minute walk.
The property enjoys an open aspect away from the hustle and bustle of traffic despite being only two miles and within walking distance of Leicester city centre.
A good bus service to the city centre is just a five minute walk to the main road.
The property is conveniently located three miles from Fosse Park shopping centre and Junction 21 of the M1.
Two weeks rent of the first month's rent in advance within 5 days of viewing to secure the room, the balance of the first month's rent to be paid on moving in.
Rent to be paid in advance there is the choice of paying weekly but not preferred.
Throughout covid this has been a covid free household with one hiccup, It should be noted that due to the continuing high infection rates, a current negative test result is required
