You will be sharing a lovely back garden with chairs, table, swing seat and clothes airer. Also a well equipped kitchen with washing machine, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. The large bathroom has a bath, shower, toilet basin and drying rails. There is also a shared sitting room with settee, T. V, small dining table and chairs. There is a safe covered area to keep a bike/motorbike, and parking spaces are near the house. The house is a 15/20 minute walk from the university, railway station and the local shops and restaurants on the popular Queen's Road. There is a cob shop just 2 minutes away and a small supermarket. The local shops, restaurants, swimming pool, sports hall and park are just down the road. You would be sharing your accommodation with two friendly female tenants - both under 30 years of age. A working professional and a trainee primary school teacher. Please note that the room is single occupancy only.
