Short term, 2-3 months let, nice single room

Hi everyone,
I will leave in a week-10 days time to go back and spend the summer in my home country.

I'd like someone to take my room for 2-3 months.

I'm pretty flexible with dates and I'm sure we can agree on something that suits us both.

The room is very nice, single and furnished.

240 all included.

The house is extremely clean, not noisy at all and with all the comforts
It's also 10 minutes away from the city center.
The landlord is a nice professional, very friendly.
