I have a large double room to rent in a shared house. We are looking for someone who is friendly, clean, sociable and looking for a nice home in a good location, not just a room in a shared house. The house is a 3 bed large terrace villa with an entrance hall, shared lounge, large kitchen diner with lots of storage and table and chairs. There is an upstairs bathroom and a paved garden to the rear . The rent is £260 pcm. The bills are extra at approx. £60 pcm. I am the live out landlady Lisa. Dan and George currently live there. They are friendly, happy, funny, sporty chaps both in their mid to late 20s. Dan works in medicine and George is an environmental scientist. They are both Post Grads and would ideally be looking for either a male or female of a similar nature.
