We have 4 double student rooms available for 2017/18 sharing in a lovely Victorian house (see video), included in the rent WIFI, double glazing and central heating, to accommodate 4 individual students or group of 4. The property is fully furnished with fitted shaker style kitchen units and dining room, including washing machine, 2 large fridge freezer, microwave. All the double bedrooms are furnished with double beds, wardrobes, desk etc. There are two showers, 2 separate toilets and one bath at the property.
The House is 8 mins walk from De Montfort University, and 13 minutes walk from Leicester City Centre. The trendy west end bars and restaurant are 5 minutes walk. There is a 24 hour supermarket, doctors surgery, everything you need very close by!
Rent only £70 per person per week and includes broadband. Bit about me :- I am a retired De Montfort University lecturer (25 years Computer Science) and my partner is a member of the National Association of Landlords
