Hi Everyone,
I will be moving out of my great room in this house on the 1st of August as I look to buy my own home.
The room is very big, on the top floor of our 3 story house and furnished with huge wardrobe, chest of drawers, comfy double bed and a desk. You will have use of the main bathroom in the house on the floor below, shared with 3 other housemates. (2 housemates have an ensuite)
Everyone in the house is very friendly and sociable. If you are new to the area and looking to meet new people this house will be perfect for you. The other housemates are all young professionals and are always up for nights out, BBQ's, movie nights, trips to the park etc along with the neighbours.
The house itself is very roomy with a big living/ dining room, kitchen and sizebale garden for a city. You can walk to the city in 10-15 minutes and there is also a bus stop 2 minutes from the house. We have a drive and plenty of on road parking which is on a quite cul de sac type road. There is also a cleaner who comes once a fortnight, and a gardener in the summer.
