Weekday Room to Rent

Hi all. I have a room to rent in my flat located within the Clarendon Park area of Leiceter. Its a large and light flat jut a stones throw from both the cities Universities and a 10 minute walk from town. Rent includes off street parking (behind electronic gates) broadband and full use of kitchen (including washing machine and tea/coffee) and bathroom. The room is large and is furnished although anything you dont want or need can be removed.
