The house has four bedrooms, large garden, conservatory, garage and parking at the front and back of the property ... it was built by Barratts about five years ago and you would be renting the room, no other rooms are rented out
Ideally I am looking for someone to rent Monday to Friday @ £300 ... would consider seven days a week ...
A deposit of £300 which would set up a deposit protection account
