I am moving out of my amazing bungalow due to relocation with work. It is situated on The Pastures development which is centrally located for Fosse Park (5 mins), The M1 (5 mins) and the City Centre (10 mins). I originally signed a 3 year lease thinking I would be in Leicester much longer, however I am relocating again for a new role in Manchester.
I took the property on an unfurnished basis and have spent about £5k filling the place with beautiful contemporary furniture from Dwell and Next.
I am offering somebody the opportunity to take the remainder of my lease (1 year 10 months) and in return I will leave all of my furniture in the property, at the end of the lease it would be yours to take away!
