The bathroom has a large bath plus separate shower. Wireless broadband and netflix are included, as are all bills and council tax except any phone calls.
The house is a 10-15 minute walk to the bars, restaurants and High Cross shopping area in the city centre and 5 minutes to Braunstone Gate. It's also close to the M1 and Fosse Park shopping area.
I would like to share with a female professional who is looking for a friendly place to call home rather than just a room to rent...a housemate who is friendly, easy going, yet very clean and considerate would be ideal. I have two lovely cats so it's important for me to find an animal lover too.
