We are looking for a housemate to join us in our lovely large house in Clarendon Park. The room is a double room, and comes with a study that can also be used. The cost is £300 per month, and then bills are on top of this.
Currently rented by two medical students, we'd be looking for another student or young professional to join us!
The room is a double room and comes with wardrobe and double bed. There is also a desk for use in the study which can be moved into the bedroom.
There is on street parking outside the property, and generally a lovely area to live!
