Student En-suite room, De Montfort Uni Campus!

*RENT ALREADY PAID TILL JAN* but you can move in as soon as contract is signed!! A classic en-suite bedroom, fully furnished with a shared kitchen. There are 5 rooms and 4 are occupied with female students from De Montfort University. Facilities include shared kitchen, en-suite, single bed, garden/BBQ area, reception, on campus accommodation, TV and free Wi-Fi. Also, a shared community room, laundry service and post boxes. I am moving out and am looking for someone to take my room as I am from Leicester so do not need the room as I now live at home. The Grange is located on De Montfort University campus just up from the Students Union. There is a Spar, OneStop and Tesco in walking distance and cafe's etc surrounding. It is also near Riley's sports bar for entertainment and socials!
