I have one double bedroom to be let out from January 15th for minimum of 6 months. The flat has a huge living room, spare storage room and a spacious kitchen and bathroom.
It is located right next to the cathedral and also high cross but in a quiet area of town.
Lots of bars and shops nearby and tesco within walking distance.
It works out at about £80 a week, however bills need to be paid on top. I have sky internet which comes to £12. 50 a month plus the gas& electric bill which is £37. 50 a month when split between two. Also water bills are paid quarterly.
