Double bedroom available near city centre

I have a double bedroom available in my house in Thorpe Astley from the start of December. The house is a 4 bedroom detached house with a large living room, large kitchen (with oven, dishwasher, washing machine, American style fridge freezer), dinning room, downstairs toilet, bathroom and a garage. There is plenty of space for parking and there is a large garden which has been landscaped with decking, patio, fruit trees etc. The house is very comfortable and well maintained. The house would be shared with myself and 1 other housemate. We are both friendly and easy going, we are professionals currently working in Hinckley. We like to keep the house clean and tidy and would be looking for someone with a similar attitude.

The rent is £390 per month which includes all bills and the deposit is £275.
