Sociable house share in a great location :-)

Hello,

I am an easygoing friendly person who likes to socialise, while being considerate of others.

The house has a double driveway and a lovely garden. Inside there is a living room with a leather three-piece suite, dining room with a large (extendable) table and six chairs, and a spacious modern kitchen. There is also an utility area with a tumble dryer downstairs, leading to an extra toilet. The upstairs bathroom has a high-pressure shower and bath. This is a quiet semi-detached house in a peaceful location yet is only a 30 minute walk to De Montfort University or the city centre, with a frequent bus service nearby. University of Leicester and the Leicester Royal Infirmary are both exactly one mile away. Morrisons and Odeon are less than a mile from here, and it is just a five minute walk to Aylestone Leisure Centre and Library.

The spare bedroom is at the back of the house and has a desk & chair, double bed, chest of drawers, and a built-in wardrobe. The cost is £400 per month which covers all bills, including a Sky package with fast broadband, Sky Q and Netflix in Ultra HD; Council Tax; and shared household items. There are two affectionate cats living here, Yorda & Arya, and your other housemate will be a 23 year old student doing an internship. She is German though usually drinks wine rather than beer. Very friendly and always eager to meet new people.

We are looking for another friendly and outgoing housemate, who is considerate of others and will help to keep our home clean. We both like to chat and socialise but would rather have a games night or share a meal than stay out late. I work 9-5 as a support worker (sometimes working from home) and am looking for a young professional who works similar hours or a postgraduate/ Erasmus student.
