Downstairs room available in a recently renovated house.
To live with two females, both doing intensive courses (1 at UoL and 1 at DMU) so would prefer someone undertaking a similar type of course. Would also prefer a mature student if possible.
We are both very easy to get along with, enjoy a clean and tidy house, and the odd glass of wine (or two).
The house is in close proximity of DMU (5-10mins), LRI (5-10mins) and UoL (20 mins).
Parking is available from the County Council but costs.
