Room near University of Leicester

Hi!

We're 4 law students look for a 5th room mate. We're both serious in school but also enjoy going out.

We are 2 minute walk from the train station and 10 minutes walk from the school.

Everything is set up in the house, wifi, heating, laundry, we share all the appliances including pots and plates. We treat our house like a home.

The house is three floors, two bathrooms, 1 kitchen, 1 living room and 5 bedrooms. House is surprisingly sound proof.

We posted pictures of just the kitchen and one of the bathroom due to limited post possible.

The room will be half rent from July -August where you can move your things in. ( We could be accommodating for when you move in)

Full rent commences September - June 2015-2016.
