The bedroom contains a king-size bed, large chest of draws, bedside cabinet, 2x mirrors and an inbuilt wardrobe. There is a small study room adjacent containing a desk, second wardrobe and storage space.

Utility bills include council tax, gas & electric, water and internet, which amount to roughly £107/pcm in total. Deposit is £375, agency fee tbc but around £170.

I am currently a tenant myself, looking for a professional female to replace my housemate who is moving to London.
