This lovely house is in the popular West End part of the city. This is the ideal location for city centre jobs, the train station and it also offers easy access to the motor-way links and Fosse Park.

We are only a few minutes walk to the city centre and the shops, bars and restaurants on Braunstone Gate.

There are five bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fantastic large sitting room, with the original fireplace and features and a great kitchen over looking the garden. This lovely kitchen comes with three fridges, a large freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, oven and gas hob.

There is a great garden to the rear which is the perfect place for drinks and BBQ's when the sun is out!

We are now looking for two people to join the house share as Keelan and Aiden are moving for new jobs. People who would like a friendly and sociable house, where communal areas are enjoyed and you can have a chat after work and catch up on the day if you wish.

One of the available bedrooms has a large built in triple wardrobe and two sets of double glazed windows over looking the garden. The second available bedroom has a large wardrobe and windows to the front of the house.
