We are in a very quiet location with allocated space on a private driveway for parking. The house is 5 minutes from the M1, J21 and is in easy reach of facilities. We are a professional couple and a quiet couple who are non smokers and currently have no pets.

Single occupancy only. Professional only.

Furniture provided; double bed with quality sprung mattress, triple wardrobe with mirror and three drawer bedside table. There are blinds and blackout curtains provided.

Access to own bathroom with shower and bath.

Option for bed linen and towels to be provided (washed every weekend ready for the week ahead).

All bills except phone included, the internet is high speed fibre optic.

Shared living room and kitchen facilities with access to all white goods; fridge/freezer and washing machine.
