Double bedroom and loft conversion near Unis

As part of my home, I am offering comfortable accommodation with shared bathroom and kitchen facilities. The private accommodation for yourself consists of two rooms on different levels, there is a loft sitting room, and a double bedroom for your sole use. The second floor Loft sitting room has a skylight and the first floor bedroom is light and airy with a view to the rear garden.

The Loft sitting room has a TV with built-in DVD player, 2 comfy chairs, a large footstool, lamp and cooking facilities - incl. fold-down table, microwave, kettle, fridge and fan assisted oven.

The double bedroom has a double bed with wardrobe, bedside table lamp, draws/desk, TV – and there is bags of storage space throughout - all of which provide a private living space, and is ideally suited for a couple.

Access to the accommodation is through my front door, and we share the main kitchen (if required) and bathroom – so it is not a self-contained flat with a separate entrance.

All bills are included and broadband is installed. The accommodation is particularly ideal for a couple but a single lodger is welcome. The rent is £550 per calendar month for both rooms together and will be available from 1st August 2018. The prospective tenant(s) must be in full time work or mature students with a regular income and able to afford the rent asked.

There is ample parking outside the house and there are regular buses close-by to the City centre. There is also an abundance of shops nearby too, including a costcutter directly opposite.
