We are offering newly refurbished en-suite room in a modern and friendly house located in Leicester Forest East. The house has a clean and contemporary feel, thanks to recent renovations. Each housemate has their own en-suite bathroom, and there are only three other people sharing the property.

The neighborhood is peaceful and secure, with off-road parking available and ample street parking if necessary. The rent includes all bills, such as gas, electricity, council tax, water, and broadband. Additionally, we have a cleaner who visits once a week to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness in the communal areas.

Our house is designed to promote a respectful and considerate living environment. We have a strict policy regarding the kitchen area, and we expect everyone to clean up after themselves immediately to ensure a clean and tidy kitchen for everyone's use. This approach ensures that all housemates are happy and can enjoy a clean and pleasant living space.

We are looking for individuals who are considerate, respectful of others' boundaries, and maintain cleanliness and tidiness in the shared spaces. Our aim is to create a friendly and welcoming atmosphere for everyone in the house. We welcome professionals of all ages between 21-45 and would also consider mature students.

Please note that we do not accept couples or students under the age of 21.

As private landlords with over 25 years of experience in houseshares, we are actively involved in the management of our properties. We personally select housemates who will fit in well with the current residents and maintain a high level of service. We provide a cleaner once a week to ensure cleanliness and have our own maintenance person to promptly address any issues that may arise.
