I have just left University and need someone to be a replacement for the room.

You'd be living in a 4 floor spacious house with 8 bedrooms, 2 kitchens, 3 bathrooms, a garden and a living room.

The current residents of the house are second years at the University of Leicester. They are a group of respectful and kind students who will make you feel very welcome and at home.

The room being advertised is on the ground floor, where there is 1 other room down the hall, a kitchen and a bathroom on the same floor.

I'm looking for someone who be a pleasant house mate to live with, who is clean and tidy and who will respect their surroundings.

Regarding payments, it works out to £90 per week but you'll pay this money on three dates throughout the year, instead of one payment every week.
