Looking for a housemate for my house in Western Park - a 20 minute walk to the town centre or £3.50 in a cab! Very recently refurbished! I work from home at the moment so I will be in quite a bit. Only me living here - there are three bedrooms but I am just looking to rent the one at the moment. Parking is roadside but the road is residents only (no cut through) and five cars wide - I have never had a problem myself.
Room has new double bed and mattress - bought 6 months ago. Only used by current tenant.
Lounge with 50" LCD TV, PS4.
Kitchen with dishwasher, induction hobs, fan oven, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine.
Downstairs toilet.
Upstairs bathroom with power shower.
100mb wireless fibre broadband! Weekly cleaner as well :)
