We are delighted to advertise our beautifully refurbished house, set within the popular West End part of the city.

This lovely house is located on Dulverton Road, LE3 . This is the ideal location for city centre jobs, the train station and it also offers easy access to the motor-way links and Fosse Park.

We are only a few minutes walk to the city centre and the shops, bars and restaurants on Braunstone Gate.

There are five bedrooms, two with ensuite bathrooms, a further main bathroom to the first floor and a downstairs toilet.

We have created a fantastic open plan living area, hosting a lovely sitting room with the original fireplace and features and French doors leading to the garden.

The beautiful 30ft long kitchen diner over looks the garden with a wonderful bay window and a further set of French doors leading to the patio area. This lovely fitted kitchen comes with a large number of cupboards, an integrated dishwasher, microwave, two ovens and a large, 5 ring gas hob. The utility room offers a large fridge and large freezer, along with a washing machine.

There is a great garden to the rear which will be the perfect place for drinks and BBQ's when the sun is out!

Currently Holly, Jess, Naomi, Liam and Josh live here together. Due to Holly buying her first house, (after living at Dulverton Road for the last 5 years,) the housemates are keen to find a new person to get to know and help discover what lovely Leicester has to offer.

All of the housemates have come to me through Spareroom and have moved to the house due to relocating for work or simply looking for a great house share.

We would like someone who would like a friendly and sociable house, where communal areas are enjoyed and you can have a chat after work and catch up on the day if you wish.

All bedrooms have had tv points installed and broadband is included. The fantastic large double room that is becoming available comes with a wardrobe, lovely en-suite shower room and a double glazed window overlooking the garden.
