We are only a few minutes walk to the city centre and the shops, bars and restaurants on Braunstone Gate.
There are five bedrooms, two with ensuite bathrooms, a further main bathroom to the first floor and a downstairs toilet.
We have created a fantastic open plan living area, hosting a lovely sitting room with the original fireplace and features and French doors leading to the garden.

All of the housemates have come to me through Spareroom and have moved to the house due to relocating for work or simply looking for a great house share.
We would like someone who would like a friendly and sociable house, where communal areas are enjoyed and you can have a chat after work and catch up on the day if you wish.
All bedrooms have had tv points installed and broadband is included. The fantastic large double room that is becoming available comes with a wardrobe, lovely en-suite shower room and a double glazed window overlooking the garden.
