We have a room becoming free in our shared house on Aylestone road; the place would suit someone who is looking for somewhere homely, friendly and sociable with considerate people.

The house is a beautiful listed period property which is spacious for 3 people, has a dining room, modern kitchen, lounge, two bathrooms, extra WC and quick broadband. Parking is on street and only busy on match-days. We also have a cleaner who comes every 2 weeks and cleans bathrooms, floors etc.

The room is at the back of the house so it's nice and quiet. It comes furnished with a small double bed, chest of drawers and built-in cupboard.

All bills incl. ~8 min from M69/M1. ~20 minute walk to town with frequent buses.
