Double room £250pm

Two working guys and two dogs looking for a house mate. We are both professionals working different shifts, so we are looking for somebody similar, easy going, who preferably wants to stay for longer.

The dogs are friendly, well trained and behaved labradors, staying in their master's room most of the time. Sorry but we don't want any more dogs in the house, as it can lead to unpredictable situations, tension, clashes for territory, you name it. Sunny is an elderly dog gentleman used to have his peace of mind, friendly to both people and dogs but unfortunately with some previous bad experience.

There is a large furnished room available for £250 per month.

That includes rent, cctx and bills like tv, broadband and also most of the el.&gas bills. It means that if the winter gets really cold, I will probably ask for few extra quid towards the heating cost in February. The house is on Hinckley road, plenty buses around and about 25 min walk to city centre.
