Victoria Halls Spacious Gold Room £118 p/w

This is a wonderful flat on the third floor. It's right on campus and Hugh Aston and Hawthorne are only a minute away. There is a fully functional lift. The place is ran on a swipe card system. Laundry facilities are on site.

My room is a gold room which is fairly large. It has a fully functional en-suite. There is a double bed with under-bed storage and a large desk.
There are 2 sofas in the lounge/kitchen as well as a large breakfast bar. There are 2 freezers and 2 fridges, an oven, microwave, kettle and toaster. I'll even throw in my coffee maker if you can take the room off of my hands.
This room is £118 p/w including bills.

I would like to move out as soon as possible because I have a new place lined up to move into.
The flat is very very clean and well maintained. The staff here are prompt at sorting out problems.

If anyone is interested please let me know asap. I'm also interested in room exchanges as long as they aren't far from DMU campus.
