Light and airy double room to rent in shared house in a quiet street off Tudor Road.

Although this is a room to rent in my own house, I work away from home, so will not be there most of the time. You will therefore get the whole house (bathroom, living room, dining room, kitchen, small back garden) to yourself.

The room itself comes furnished with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside tables. There is also a built in cupboard in the room for extra storage. The furniture is less than a year old and the house is newly painted.

The shared living room and kitchen come furnished, with cooker, washing machine, fridge freezer etc.

This is an ideal room for a young professional/ couple and is in walking distance of the city centre.
