The room is a good sized double room on the first floor, furnished with a double bed, bedside table, a desk and desk chair, walk in cupboard with hanging space and shelves. Suitable for single occupancy only, it is not licensed for a couple.

Current Housemates are 4 quiet and considerate males - we are looking for a like minded tenant. This is not a party venue house.

Please note you are expected to CLEAN UP AFTER YOURSELF !
This is your home and you must also take your turn with general housekeeping duties including dealing with recycling and waste bins, and keeping communal areas clean.

About the Communal Areas :
* You have shared use of a well-equipped kitchen supplied with a washing machine, microwave, gas cooker, toaster, kettle, and fridge freezer.
Kitchen cupboard and fridge/freezer space is specifically allocated to each room.
* The bright communal lounge with huge leather sofa, TV, dining table and chairs is a great place to socialise with your housemates
* Ample bathroom amenities include a seperate shower room on the first floor, and on the ground floor a full bathroom (bath, shower over bath, and WC) and an additional WC. These bathroom amenities are shared between 4 housemates.
* And when you need a bit of fresh air, the private courtyard has a couple of benches to relax outside
