I am a single semi-retired professional with many years active and continuing involvement with community and voluntary sector organisations.
I have chaired an NHS Trust and served on the Leicestershire Police Authority.
I have liberal social attitudes.
Previous lodgers have come from a variety of different ethnic groups and have included both men and women, lesbians and gay men.
I have one other lodger.

I would welcome a lodger who wants a home rather than simply a rented room, who may wish to share my company, relax and engage in conversation.
Shared use of the living room, kitchen and bathroom.
I expect to share domestic chores.
Respect for myself and for the house and its contents would naturally be required.
