The house is in a great location 10 minutes walk from the town center and 10 minutes from the Narbrough Road area.

The house has one en-suite room and an upstairs shared bathroom at rear of house with shower, and an additional toilet downstairs so there are plenty of facilities

There is a shared area with TV and sofa. The kitchen is has a cooker and a large fridge and freezer. There is a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer.

The rooms are furnished with wardrobes, chest of drawers and double bed. TV points in every room

The washing machine is not included in the rent and is payable on each use, it takes on average £1:20 for a quick wash but depends on individual machine and cycle selected.
